Authoring in an Electronic Environment

Please be advised that the "Authoring in an Electronic Environment" seminar being presented as a part of the 2East: New Technology Series will be held on May 23rd, from 3-5p, in the Forum Room. This event was originally scheduled to occur on May 9th.

Don't miss the oportunity to learn about the new advances in authoring in an electronic realm. There are changes underfoot in the ways in which you author documents (whether text only or multimedia) for informal or formal publication. The buzzwords are "e-book," XML, and Microsoft Reader. The underlying trends have to do with technologies that make it possible to compose documents in a standards-based format but display or distribute them in ways that suit a particular medium (print, Web, e-book). Register for this seminar at: https://aquavite.northwestern.edu/wsreg/sec/register.cgi?9281:3639
